Enigma at UCLA

The Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Gaming Club at UCLA

Enigma includes everyone from undergrads to graduate students and alumni, encompassing every department from both South Campus and North Campus. If you're interested in science fiction or fantasy (whether books, art, or film), or gaming (video games, card games, board games, roleplaying games, etc.), even just a bit, you're always welcome with us.

All Enigma meetings on UCLA's campus are open to the public and are free of charge. There is no formal membership, so drop by any time! Students, staff, faculty, and local community members are all welcome.

Week 9: Cliche Skit Night

The rules of the game are quite simple. Everybody will be split into groups, and there will be three judges. The judges will assign skit topics taken from http://tvtropes.org/ and each group will compose their skit to perform. After each group presents their ingenious results, they will be judged on a 1-10 scale, and their score (out of 30) will be added to their total score. The team with the most points "wins" (but if you're playing to win rather than to have fun you're doing it wrong!).

If you don't want to perform but still want to watch what kind of insanity the rest of club comes up you can still attend - but you might want to bring something to entertain yourself between performances. See you there!
