Enigma at UCLA

The Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Gaming Club at UCLA

Enigma includes everyone from undergrads to graduate students and alumni, encompassing every department from both South Campus and North Campus. If you're interested in science fiction or fantasy (whether books, art, or film), or gaming (video games, card games, board games, roleplaying games, etc.), even just a bit, you're always welcome with us.

All Enigma meetings on UCLA's campus are open to the public and are free of charge. There is no formal membership, so drop by any time! Students, staff, faculty, and local community members are all welcome.

Halloween: Bad Movie Night

Whether you think "bad" movies are actually bad, good, or maybe more like psuedo-quasi-dimensional-plausible movies, there's a sweet movie night going down on campus this Halloween. We'll meet in Ackerman Food Court before retiring upstairs for the main event of the evening; the culprit picture will be the infamous Japanese zombie-horror-comedy Wild Zero (run time: 1hr 38min). For those of you who aren't familiar with the film, this is an Enigman cult classic you won't want to miss, and for those of you who have heard about it or seen it before and are on the fence about whether or not to come - I don't actually care what your reason is - JUST DO IT!

Feel free to stop by only to say hi, to join us for just part of the event, or to stay and enjoy all of the evening's festivities. Costumes are strongly encouraged (all officers present will be dressed up) but of course not mandatory. We may also have candy...

Earlier Event: October 28
Week Four Meeting: Vampire Tag
Later Event: November 4
Week Five Meeting: One Shot Night
